If you wish to start the prayer chain for someone, including yourself, you can fill out the form below to have the request passed on to First Lutheran's Pastor and Prayer Chain Leaders. They will relay the request to the four prayer chains in our church. If your request is for someone other than yourself, you must have their permission or a close relative's permission to do so. The reason for the request need not be stated, just the name. Remember that requests are confidential and will not be included in conversations with other people.
Prayer requests are kept within the Prayer Chains for 1 week unless specified in the initial request. You may repeat the request as needed.
